Small, clean, and easy to navigate. Not a lot of flights out or in, but if you have to fly out of Knoxville this is a pleasant place to do so.
Great airport. Staff is nice. The inside has great artwork and atmosphere.
Employees are nice and it’s clean. But seriously, when every flight I catch out of here is usually at least two hours delayed, you think they could not boot you off the WiFi and make you update the certificate every forty minute. Also, can they get an actual fast food option that’s somewhere between coffee/sweets and a sit down Ruby Tuesday? Like a McDonald’s or something where I can grab a full bite quick.
This is a great little airport. I travel at least 30 times out of the year. Never dealt with anyone rude. People have jobs to do. Maybe others are taking things a bit personal. Anyone can have a bad experience from time to time... with travel expect it sometimes.
Not the greatest for business travelers, as the kiosk to pay your parking is usually out of paper and will not provide a receipt for the parking. Calling Republic Parking does no good as they are unable to assist in any way whatsoever.
