Ate here while in a. Business trip. I was seated quickly. I ordered the ribs. Food came out quick and was good. The server checked on me a.couple times.
Contacted their corporate office and manager was not honest with them. Travel by myself and since I'm not a multiple table top that would generate a bigger tip then I guess I don't matter! Wooden seat me even though there were single seats available.
Emailed their corporate headquarters never heard back. When I sent a follow-up email I was told their managing partner for this location told them he called and left me a voicemail. I can assure you that never happened. Just shows you their true concern about a customer's experience. I won't be back here!
Food was tasty, better than average for an airport. I was very disappointed with the lack of a salad bar, however they do offer unlimited salad instead... Poor substitute but better than nothing. Good service.
Large portions. Fresh veggies. A good stop during flight delays.
I travel weekly and always stop at Ruby's for coffee or a cold beverage prior to departure. Most times I just work on my computer. Today I was in an exceptional hurry and left my American Express card there. Well, Mike the Manager personality delivered it to the plane I was on. What a guy!! He saved me as I will be traveling on an extended trip which includes a wedding and will need the card. Thanks Mike and Kayla (I think). Y'all saved the day!
