Food was not adequately warm and after waiting on my order after it was not entered correctly the first time,I had no time left to get warm food.
Maybe next time I will be able to say something more positive about my McDonalds experience.
After she messed up my order she became so upset she sat down in the floor behind the counter.
The absolute, hands down, worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my 50 plus years as a McDonald's customer. The drive through is horrendously slow no matter what time you go, and some part of my order has been wrong almost every time. My last trip, and it will be my last trip to this location, I ordered the new chicken tenders at 7 pm on a week day and was told that they were OUT OF THEM!!! I have NEVER gone to a McDonald's and been told that they ran out of a menu item. Un-freaking believable!
Unfortunately this visit was not as wonderful an experience as my last few visits.
it was a normal day.my sister and I went to this mcdonalds and ordered food. We waited almost an hour before my sister walked up to the register and asked where our food was. They didn't even order it after we paid for it and everything. They gave us the happy meals but not the rest of the food. A worker asked us what we wanted and looked at our receipt. She brought us back some food. My sister opened her burger but you could tell it was old. She asked to speak to the manager but the manager never came. The workers were standing around talking. 9:00-10:00 pm 7/10/17
I do feel that I have a meal owed me after the wait and screw up. Time will tell. I will contact them tomorrow and keep you posted.
Fantastic workers. The employees make the place really jovial. Food orders are always filled accurately. Good stop for a quick bite.
We have always had friendly service here. For a while they didn't like to fill their fries like they should be...but I can't eat at this one anymore because I seen a cockroach crawling on the light shade. Tried to kill it but it ran and the worker I told said they would take care of it when everyone left. Really?? I get that places get whatever...even if it came off a customer but you gotta kick that in the butt immediately. Cockroaches do not care what kind of nastiness they hang out in...they are cockroaches!! All the bacteria....YUK!!
I felt bad for the girl waiting on me.
