I've gone to other car washes and spent good money on the best cycle and still have spots. At PureMagic, I have consistently great washes, the staff is attentive and doesn't look like they would rather be anywhere else. It is clean and safe feeling. Wish it was easier to get in and out of but that's the dangers of Alcoa Hwy.
The best car wash in the area. They keep a consistent staff that is very courteous and professional as well.
After two weeks of waiting oin a response I called for a second time to be told that they would not be covering the damage. (pics coming soon)
Update: beware. Car wash ripped trim from my truck manager took a damage report.
Amazing the best car wash i have ever been to the most expensive wash kept a shine on my truck for almost 2 weeks it offers a normal wash tunnel and a very high deff wax tunnel most car washes only include one tunnel this place turns a crappy ugly looking dirty ride to a really clean ride also you have free vacuums for as long as you need to use them the staff are very helpful and friendly
