Jack Campbell has provided all our requirements for the weddings of both of our daughters. He is the best. From the initial consultation to last minute changes, he was patient, professional and ready with helpful suggestions from his many years' experience. His staff is well trained and responsive. The service and equipment were top notch and the price was competitive. I have no reservations in recommending Campbell Tent and Party Rentals.

We have been planning an event for more than a year and contacted Campbell company to provide a tent and tables for a venue in Knoxville, TN Everything was scheduled to set up for Friday delivery for a Sunday event. They never showed up, we waited from 9:00 AM until 7:30 PM. Never a call from Campbell to advise us. I called their office three times and each time was told by "Judy" that she didn't know the schedule (We booked this three months in advance) but she would call the delivery people and have them call me. They finally called two hours later and said delivery would be at 5:00 PM Friday. I waited until 7:30 No show. (By the way they have no emergency number) I had to leave at 7:30 due to a medical emergency. The delivery crew called at 8:15 and said they were on the way. I told them I could not come back. I asked for them to have the owner (Mike) to call me immediately, they said they would. He never called. I called the next day to ask if they would deliver that evening or early Sunday morning. He said no, said he would refund my deposit.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I rented chairs for a wedding reception. We picked them up and while they were nice the man that loaded my vehicle tore one of my seats shoving them in to hard. Once I arrived at the reception hall we took the chairs out and EVERYONE one of them were nasty!! We spend 3 hours cleaning them and tightening loose bolts and they still looked horrible. It was terribly embarrassing.
All in all, a very unreliable company, obviously Mike (the owner) does not care about the customer. His reply to me was, "Well we tried to deliver it last night."
Well I'm not judging the quality of the company product but when I applied for a job their the secretaries were snooty as he'll it was very uncomfortable my wife accidentally spilled water on the floor and they gave us a negative look and attitude. To top it off I had an interview told him I had a lot of experience and could pass a drug screen but when I told him I had D.U.I from 2 years ago he lost interest I called several times to check on my app he kept stalling me out so I called today he told me he hired someone so is that discrimination or what
