We walked into this store on a slow day. Salespeople were just sitting around chatting, yet there were bits of paper, trash and literally a pile of broken glass on the floor! The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months! One older saleslady was bitterly & loudly reprimanding two pre-teen boys every 15 seconds. We left immediately. Horrible experience.
However, the service for delivery and communication was just terrible. When I bought the couch, I was told that it would be delivery within 3 weeks. It was not delivered until the middle of December (about 6 weeks) along with the chair. And I had to keep calling to find out the status. By the middle of January, I still had not heard anything about the table so I called and was told the table was there if I wanted to pick it up. So when I picked it up it was still in the box. I did not realize until I got home that it still had to be put together. I am a disabled widow and not able to do this kind of thing. If I had wanted to assemble it myself, I would have gone to Walmart. I am just REALLY disappointed in the service and will never buy from there again.
I have never received such poor service as I did with the Alcoa Outlet Store. I purchased a sofa on 10/31/15, then went back and purchased a chair and side table 2 weeks later. The sales lady, Jo Ann, was wonderful, which is why I went back.
Very friendly staff. Not pushy. Huge store with a huge selection. Great prices too!

Bought a mattress here on a Friday. $900 worth. The salesman was an older nice gentleman. Very helpful. None of this reflects on him. He did not process the order or take my money. Told it would have to be ordered the following Monday and delivered to the store that Friday. I called Thursday to verify and nobody knew anything. Called again the Friday of pick up with a guarantee it would be there that day just not sure when. After the guarantee I got rid of my old mattress only to receive a phone call a couple hours later stating my order hadn't been placed and no shipment was coming in. My options were to wait until the following Friday and sleep on my floor till then or take the display floor model at a whopping $90 off with a voided warranty. No thanks! Got a refund and am taking my business elsewhere. Would suggest you do the same!
