If I could give a -5 star I would. I went it a 3:40 p.m today November 1st to customer service they gave me literally zero help on returning a product even the damn manager was being a ass to me because I didn’t have a receipt. Just a few days ago I was trying to return the same product without a receipt the people were very helpful did everything they could to pull up my receipt. Guess what they did? They found my receipt the only thing was I lost my Lowe’s card so no refund that was my fault. I found it came back was instantly turned down with no attempt to find my receipt no attempt to help. It not my job to keep track of when I bought something. I am very aggravated at these two individuals there jobs should be stripped from them.
Went back to Lowes tonight to get more lumber for a deck. We were greeted by an associate working on that aisle and was asked if we needed help. A second associate came by later while we were picking out boards and carried a board back to be cut for us. Both of them were professional and extremely friendly. The first one, Lowe, helped us when we were ready to check out and helped load them in our truck. We appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness that each of these employees showed us. We will definitely be back!
Was a good visit. The lady in the flooring area remembered me from my last visit. She and the guy there were very helpful finding all I needed.
We were needing the buy a stove to match the set of Frigidaire gallery appliances we already had and George Cummings in the CS/Admin dept helped tremendously! He made sure the stove we needed we were able to arrange getting it. He was kind, patient and allowed me to try to explain what i needed and he took over from there. Highly recommend this location for their customer support and George. He deserves a raise!!
There was a old lady didn't want to open a cashier she was so mean to costumers. I was treated like garbage never going back there if that person still work there or she got fired , I'm a contractor I'll do my business some were else I was top contractor there no longer. Fix this problem with this one lady so costumers and contractor can be treated better. Or closed the doors for good.
