So far my experience with this agency has been great! We recently relocated from VT to TN and have been long time Allstate customers, so we wanted to find a local TN Allstate agent to work with. I did some research and found the Jimmy Knaff agency. Bo was great from start to finish...very personable and helpful. We had to transfer and/or start multiple new policies and he made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks!!

He really cares about you and treats you like family. Being from a different generation that means a lot. He also took time to find the best policy for us and saved us money.. I switched to Allstate with Jimmy Knaff about a year ago. I am been extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I receive from EVERYONE that works at Jimmy's office.
