Many of the washers are broken down on a regular basis, and those that do work leak water, make a terrible noise and sometimes stop altogether. Customer service is iffy at best, even when an attendant is on duty. I would definitely NOT recommend you use this place. If I could rate a zero, I certainly would.
What a dump! The place is filthy, trash everywhere, roaches, and half the washers and dryers don't even work. The owners should be ashamed and should close.
NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. UHUH. NOPE. FILTHY. ROACHES. CROWDED. MACHINES DONT WORK. BATHROOM REEKS OF PEE AND IS FILTHY. THE FLOORS IN THIS PLACE ARE NOWHERE NEAR THE COLOR THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NOR ARE THE MACHINES.
HORRIBLE, COCKROACHES!!! big ones, little ones, ants, and mold! it's literally the worst kept business I've ever seen. not to mention the fiberglass in our clothes as well! if you're allergic to mold/ don't like fully grown or baby cockroaches in and on the machines (which should be everyone) DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
Just needed to wash a large comforter. This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been. Bugs are everywhere!! I felt like I took an infestation home! I literally stood with my purse on my shoulder waiting and stomping bugs. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
