It's gone down hill real fast! The silverware is dirty and looks like it hasn't been washed in at least 2 days after use. It's absolutely horrible,used to be a good place to come and eat...NOPE not anymore. Around 4:00 p.m ppl start to clock out and leave. Right now you've got ONE girl running the bar and the sports section in the restaurant. In wouldn't waste my money on this place.

My wife and I love Buffalo Wild Wings; however, we will never be back at this one despite it being right near our home. We walked in and it was empty for a Friday night. Half of the restrurant was available for people to sit. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and there were 3 couples ahead of us who had already been waiting. We brought our 3 month old baby with us and there wasn’t anywhere to set him down (aside from the floor). No problem, right? I sat myself at a table in the dining room only to wait my 20 minutes. I asked the hostess if this was allowed and she said no problem. 5 minutes later another hostess walked up and said we were no longer allowed to sit where we were sitting. I explained the situation was told I needed to go to the waiting area to wait for a table. Needless to say, I won’t be back at this location. Poor management.
The food is always great and the drinks are on point. However, this time, the ultimate nachos weren't so ultimate...it was looking like just veggies and chips. Asked for more chili and cheese and had small dipping cups of each brought out. Obviously not enough. Plus the cheese looked like it had been sitting out (wasn't liquidy...). So the manager said he would fix it to the waitress. He then brought out bigger dipping cups and it was for the most part fixed. I personally would have remade the entire thing. Then our wings came out and they were sparsely seasoned. You could clearly tell that effort wasn't being put into it. I was disappointed that the manager didn't come back to follow up on everything. We didn't want to get the waitress in trouble because she was doing a great job. The kitchen didn't seem to be keeping up with the standards that B-dubs seems to be advertising.
