Owners name is Fred very poor people person skills, they have no idea what freight they have possession of and when he figures out that they have the freight your looking for he will get very rude on the phone with you, will make sure to never have them pick up or deliver frt to my business again
I picked up my freight today from S & C Cartridge-the office manager, possibly the owner was an absolute jerk. The displayed no courtesy of professionalism. I will be sure to tell my shipping agent never to use them again.
