Meh. For me, depends on teachers, principal, and... Everything else
4 generations of my family have attended Alcoa City schools. They continue to have excellent teachers and facilities. The school is secure and well-kept. The faculty is very vigilant about identifying any behavioral or academic problems. They sit down with the parents and involve them in the education process. Highly recommend checking out the school if you are new to the area.
