I had gone to the mall today and had a terrible experience at Belks So, I called Elliot's to see if they carried a particular shoe I was looking for. Mandy said she a great selection, and welcomed me to come by even though it was so near closing time. When I arrived, she was so kind and helpful. Never feeling rushed, she took the time to explain the pros and cons of different brands that would help with arch support. She easily could have convinced me to purchase a higher priced shoe, but shared her own experience with others that she thought would be best for my needs. Mandy ROCKS!
