My kids attend the Children's Rehab at Blount Memorial. The staff at the front desk are polite and cheerful in the morning which can (luckily!) be contagious. The physical therapists there are very nice and courteous and give great advice while treating my children with care and respect. I am thankful for all of them and would definitely recommend them!
Best gym in the area! Tons of great classes, great childcare, clean facility, pools, and helpful staff!
Morning classes are socials for the seniors. More interested in conversations than work outs.
