After total knee replacement, rehab was a must. I decided to go to Benchmark therapy on the recommendation of a friend. What I found was individuals that were professional and knowledgeable who showed extreme interest in my rehabilitation. They were courteous and carrying, always helping me achieve the highest level of success.
I had to have lower back surgery and needed physical therapy after. I chose to go to Benchmark in Alcoa because of location. I had been to a Benchmark before so I figured the new one in Alcoa would be good. I was very impressed with the staff. My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and she explained things to me so that I knew what was going on. The sessions were always very well managed and the positive mood in the room was uplifting. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that needs physical therapy.
The people there, especially the physical therapist, were kind and professional. I was treated with care and the therapy worked. I am very pleased with my experience there and I will go back should I have the need for therapy in the future. I came away from my experience there with the knowledge I needed to keep it from happening again. I’m well pleased.
My daughter needed therapy and was referred to Benchmark in Alcoa. I cant say enough how pleased i was with the way my child was treated. The one on one and side by side attention she got made these ladies like family! Absolutley love the enviroment, profesionalism, treatment and staff. Definatly recommend this place!
When my Dr. ordered physical therapy for pain in my hip, I chose to go to Benchmark in Alcoa. It is very conveniently located just off the bypass near McAlisters. I was very pleased with the personal, one-on-one attention that I received. From the scheduling of appointments to the actual therapy, they were prompt and made it a good experience. Not only was my pain alleviated but I was given exercises to continue at home. I highly recommend Benchmark Alcoa
