I've only been a couple of times but have not had a bad experience yet. The cost for uninsured patients was $75 if you hadn't been to see them in the last 3 years and $50 if you had plus lab cost.

0 stars. I called and made an appointment, asked them specifically whether they take Medicaid/Tenncare and they said yes, made the appointment. I drove down there and waited 20 minutes only to have a smug self-satisfied nurse come out and inform me that "they don't take Tenncare and since they won't get paid, they can't see me". It was supremely hurtful and embarrassing. My mother who has dementia also sees Dr Ingram there, and he has done nothing to help her. He also acts smug and self satisfied and even though I have to speak for my mom, he acts like it is none of my business. I wouldn't recommend ETMG for anyone, they should not even be able to treat animals. They are all about money and NOT about helping people. HORRIBLE 'health-care' business!!!

Imaging department was polite, respectful and professional. As a medium sized facility, finding your way around was easy. Does have an elevator for access to second floor.

Not a person to write negative reviews, but this was my second horrible experience here today. To begin, the receptionist acted annoyed by my presence. Barely quit engaging in her conversation with other worker to check me in. I was given a room fairly quickly and the nurse practitioner asked my symptoms and decided to run a flu test~ eventhough I did not feel I had the flu, I agreed to the plan. I was told if it was negative we would do further testing as I have been experiencing difficulty breathing. After 30 or so minutes I was greeted by another nurse or doctor and was told by her that my exam was normal and flu test was negative to call if anything got worse. I pressed for more testing and she offered me a breathing treatment, which I declined as I still am not sure what's wrong. Seeing as I had a fever, nausea, difficulty breathing, and exhaustion that has lasted a week I feel like more should of been done. When I pressed for more the doctor just stared at me and suggested mucinex....eventhough I have no congestion? Felt as if everyone treated me like a nuisance and that i wasted 2 hours. Does a patient have to request blood/urine testing these days?

Has really gone downhill. The front staff is not very friendly, seem bothered by your presence. I would never go to Dr Nils Gaddis again. The wait was about an hour to finally see him, half an hour for a visit where he did not seem to listen or care what I was there for. Seemed to purposely prolong the visit talking about non related things for a good fifteen minutes. He got his thirty minutes billed and that will be all he ever gets from me. A high school drop out could have done what he did, probably with a less condescending attitude.
