After my first review I wasn't impressed with things at Abra. However their team at Lexington Dr in Knoxville took very good care of me and changed my view on things and I am more than satisfied with the quality of professionalism and work performed. Nate and Brandon including the team behind the scenes deserve all the praise. Thank you all and great work!
They did a great job on my jeep. Matched the paint perfectly. Very professionally run shop. Kept me updated on the work and dealt with the insurance company for me.
Why would I call you. I did before and emailed with no response. You have my info. BTW, the body shop said since Abra painted my whole car that it will only be a matter of time before the rest of the paint starts peeling off....

Horrible Customer service after the fact from Ryan and Stacey. No returning of my emails or phone calls. I keep being told they are on vacation. Horrible service from Ryan during the repairs. My car is now at another body shop for an unrelated incident and they are telling me that the paint work done by Abra is literally peeling off my front fenders in sheets. I have a plastic bag full of the sheets of paint as proof of my claim as well as plenty of pictures. Stay away people!!!
Through out all repairs Faye kept us posted. We had extensive damage from a large tree falling on top of vehicle during wind storm
