I was recommended by a co-worker to Fred's Garage for a trustworthy mechanic and reliable services. The staff was amazing and friendly with great customer service, labor done in a timely manner and affordable prices. Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic's shop and I highly recommend their services and smiles.
Brought in two vehicles for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic put each vehicle up on the lift and explained each issue to me as he found them. After inspecting each vehicle, he made a recommendation as to which vehicle he would purchase if he were buying it for himself.
Fred brought me into the office and printed out repair quotes for each vehicle to take back to the dealership and charged a fair and honest price. These folks are the real deal. If you're looking for the most competent and friendly shop with fair prices around Knoxville... look no further.
Best place to go in Alcoa and Maryville area to get your vehicle fixed. They have great honest prices and they get it done fast. Really great people and great all around experience.
This is probably the friendliest garage I have ever been to. I went on a Saturday evening after 5pm to see if they could fix my headlight. I thought it was going to be an easy job, but turns out, the super hot mechanic had to practically take my whole front end off to fix it. And he did!! And the price was super reasonable. I did end up taking him out to eat after I paid for the light, but that was just a bonus!! Will definitely go back. I may even bust out my other light so I have a reason to go back sooner :)
