Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Do not sign up for At&t internet or Direct TV from door to door salesperson. If interested, go into store. The store staff is honest. Door to door salesperson will tell you anything to sign you up. Personal experience.

Richard saved the day! While on vacation my cellphone suddenly stopped charging. The first representative advised I was eligible for an upgrade but did not offer any additional assistance for my issue with my current phone and sent me to another business to have my phone serviced. When the other business also advised I would be best with a new phone I returned to the AT&T store and was greeted by Richard. After explaining the problem I fully expected him to advise I would need a new phone he actually suggested a wireless charger and to my surprise it worked! Saved me so much money and stress! Couldn't thank Richard enough! Fantastic customer service.
