I purchased item and had only receipt they gave me. The product was defective and I returned it. I paid cash, but they were only going to give me in store credit. I eventually got to speak with manager and he looked up my rewards card number and saw I had purchased item previous evening. After initial hassle I finally got my cash refund. Long story short, make sure cashier gives you a complete receipt with your merchandise listed on it. She only gave me a partial receipt with my name, rewards card number and my amount of change. Had I not insisted on speaking with manager, I couldn't have got my cash back. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
I ordered 19 copies of a 44 page booklet 8 days ago and just got it back today. A little slow in getting it printed. But I must compliment JENNA who worked with me on this project. She worked extra to help me with a color issue that I had visually (from my own saved work) on the front cover. It was a pleasure to work with her and I felt comfortable trusting a very important project with her, getting all my questions answered, and it all set up. Jenna was very competent and professional and kind and patient with my novice understanding of how to get this work put together. Thank you, JENNA.
