They have alot of stuff but dear God the prices are new retail prices. Jeans here are the same price as new. They throw away so much product as they say we dont sell cheaper priced items. I believe in helping out the needy but Lord every dime counts. They lease these properties at a high rent so i guess they have to over charge everyone. I will not shop these stores. Just take a look in the dumpsters if you dont believe me. First hand knowledge here. Look at photos
Rudest staff EVER. I walked in at 6:45pm. Just browsing. As I was browsing, the smart aleck tall blond guy behind the counter (I believe his name was Cory) yelled at the other employee (a middle aged female whose name I did not catch cause she didn't have a name tag that I saw anyways) "Five minutes". I seen the posted hours were until 7pm every night. A minute or two later, the woman comes up to inform me that they were closing in 5 minutes. If I didn't really like what I found, I'd have sat it down & walked out. So I was a smart aleck back to the cashier. "I see y'all are ready to get out of here?!" He replied back "Yeah, we've got other things to do. Responsibilities, you know". Alright, if you don't want people walking in at 6:45, y'all need to close at 6:30. Didn't bother mentioning "how many meals" I was feeding down at KARM, (cause he could have cared less). I certainly won't be back in there, & I doubt I will shop ANY KARM after that, & it's a shame. Never had bad service at ANY other KARM. You get a 10% discount if you show them a receipt, & every other time I have made a purchase they ask if you have a receipt so you get the discount. Not this guy. Rang my stuff up, gave me a total & waited on me to pay. So I handed him my receipt with the card. He gave me the discount, but you could tell he didn't want me there & could have cared less if I HAD walked out. (Probably what he wanted but I made him work). I guess from now on, if I want to shop a Thrift Store, I will shop Goodwill instead.
I just want to say I have no idea what you guys are talking about. That Cory fella is such a nice guy! He gave me advice about my relationship, and two weeks later I'm engaged! Cory saved my relationship, not even to mention the stellar service! Cory is my favorite employee ever! 10/10 would shop again.
Love Karms! Best Thrift store around. Always well-organized, clean, and friendly staff. God Bless
The girl with bottom braces was so sweet, she talked to us and gave us shopping ideas we will definitely come back to this store and tell all of are friends
