The staff at the Alcoa store are top notch. Super professional and courteous . They went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted with affordable payments. And they don't stop serving you once you bought the vehicle any time I've had a question or needed something they've been right with me every step of the way. Me An my husband bought our cars at Ole Ben Franklin Alcoa. We got the best deal we could have ever hoped for. We searched everywhere to find vehicles that would fit our family and fit our budget. Our salesman Devin and the General manager Tom did just that. Amazing experience with everyone there especially Donna! This store is completely different than the Kingston Pike location. The crew here at the Alcoa store has a focus on customer service that is equal to none other. I had never planned on buying a car again from Old Ben from my last experience at the other location however this experience was completely different. I HIGHLY recommend the Old Ben Franklin Alcoa location. Give them a try.. You won't be disappointed!
