Purchased my first car from here in February 2017 and had a great experience. Initially stopped in to buy a Chrysler my parents had traded in and was upset to find out it was already sold. After looking around the used lot with the salesman for a while, I had a hard time finding a car within my budget. He decided it would be best to go to his work desk and filter what I wanted with a car through their entire catalog. Came to find a nice 2013 Mazda 3, quoted with a lower price than my expected budget and surprised both of us when we noticed the mileage as well (8900 miles)! It didn't take much with the test drive to settle on that car. I've put 10k miles on it thus far and it is actually driving better now than after the initial purchase! I'd like to give a special thanks to the salesman, HENRY TANNER and the financing crew for making it a great experience. They really took care in my personal interest, rather than pushing a sale on a first time buyer. Not a single moment I felt as they were shady or trying to meet a quota of some sort by hassling me in. Thanks again and looking forward to upgrading my Mazda with your dealership in the future!
Fast, friendly service on a no charge oil change. Tire pressure, tire rotation and fluid refills were done without asking. Wonderful service.
PS: My only complaint, as I've seen in other reviews, was that the Chrysler I initially wanted was listed on the available inventory online. It had been sold weeks before I stopped by. Please work with your online sales manager to improve your updating program. If I had been driving 100 miles for the Chrysler that was listed online and found out it had already been sold, my review would've flopped to 1 star. Hope you consider these reviews and implement the update in some way before your dealership loses another customer for that simple mistake.
