They need to improve alignment service.
What finally made me decide that there was a problem was they tried to sell me a $250.00 fuel injector cleaning and suggested new tires when we had another 10,000, at least, on the tread. I asked for an alignment because of the handling and tire noise, but they said it didn't need it and it was best to wait till we got new tires.
So today I was having a issue with my sons corolla and had to have it towed to the dealership to see what the deal was. Come to find out that he needed a motor. As a dad you can only imagine the feeling you get when you get that news. But the kindness that was given along with our options was heartfelt. Can I say that they treated us like family!!!!! Mike Garrett (service manager) went above and beyond in helping me As did the service writer and technician. As a business owner myself, understanding that customer service and quality work that's driven by integrity, is what will make you a successful business and these guys are on the right track for sure!!!

We've gone elsewhere for service now and it's now my impression that this is a nice car. The handling is perfect. There's hardly any interstate noise. There's no feathering or cupping on the tires. We can see what's in the rear view mirror because it doesn't vibrate.
We bought a 2014 Corolla Eco and decided to have it serviced there for the first 70,000 miles. They did a fine job of powertrain service but not alignment. Except for one service at 55,000 miles, during the rest of the 70,000 miles, I thought it a characteristic of this particular model that there was no centered feel in the steering with feathering and cupping on the tires. That car was noisy and uncomfortable on the interstate and vibrated so much that you couldn't see what was in the rear view window.
