He did a great job at showing my all the features my truck has to offer. It was great working with Ben. I believe he got me the best deal possible. It was also great working with Scott in finance. He made the numbers clear and was easy to work with. I will for sure be telling my family and friends about my experience at West Chevrolet!

Great people who are very friendly and professional. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Sales rep (Ben) was also great with no pressure. Would recommend to family and friends.
My first issue with them they sold the car out from under us after we gave a deposit and was coming back the next day to get it. I work for a company with a fleet of about 45-50 trucks and commercial trucks. Have tried to deal with them on those as well. Could not get the guy to call me back. There are a lot of other dealerships that truly want your business.
Terrible place to do business with. This is the 3rd time I have tried to buy from them. Was in there today looking at a car for my wife. The salesman (Joe Haiden) came up and from the start acted as though he could care less. We looked at a few and found one we kinda liked. I asked him the price which he gave us of 21,900. I jokingly said, you guys don't have 14k in that. His exact statement was, if that is what your going to negotiate off of then we're done right now! I am not going to beg a used car lot to take my hard earned money.
I bought a vehicle at West a month ago. I new what I wanted and located 3 vehicles at 3 different dealerships. I visited all 3 to test drive each. The other 2 dealerships tried VERY hard to make the deal on the spot (which is fine) but wouldn't give me a firm offer, only "we can make it happen", but West was less aggressive although they offered a fair trade and came down off sticker immediately. I contacted all 3 dealerships after my visit and asked them to email me their BEST offer sheet. Like most people, I don't have time for multiple visits and lengthy negotiations. West sent an offer with a lower price and the other 2 dealerships sent me sticker price offers. I was looking for up-front, honest dealings and I got it from West. They will get the first opportunity the next time I need a vehicle. I also just took my vehicle in for service and they were fast, courteous and honest. They'll be getting my service business as well.
