Overall, its a good place to have a beer or a quick bite with friends but if you dying for mexican food there is better places in the area to visit.
Our waitress (who was awesome by the way) had told us that they would replace the whole plate of food, however, the manager only replaced the 2 small burgers. Chili's seems to be the only place where we dine that only replaces bits and pieces of food from your plate, instead of providing a new, "hot", freshly cooked dinner. Most restaurants replace the food, and also take the cost of the dinner off of the ticket. Not at Chili's. We love the type of foods they serve, but I am not sure that we will return to dine there at this point. It is always something that delays our dinner, and one person is always left waiting while the others are eating.
We always enjoy the good food and friendly staff at Chili's. Today was no exception. I don't think I have ever had a meal here without ordering the Hot Lave Cake as desert and as usual - very good!
The beer is good. They a good selection of draft beers. But the food is not the best, the fajitas is loaded with onions and peppers, just few pieces of meat. The sides are good though.
My Husband & I have issues almost every visit to Chili's, and just this once, I decided to write a complaint. We have had cold food, hairs in food, steaks not cooked correctly, you name it. Tonight we ordered a Triple Dipper, and the meat on the Big Burger Bites looked burnt. Upon closer inspection, one of them looked like someone had taken a big bite out if it!! We were immediately shocked and a bit disgusted. Our waitress was shocked as well, and called the Manager to our table. He apologized, and explained it away as it must have happened when they broke the 2 small burgers in half in the kitchen. We might have bought that excuse IF the missing part of the burger had still been connected to the other burger. It was not, and the 2nd burger didn't look like it had been torn apart from the 1st burger at all.
Hair in two separate meals in the same night. Still charged me for the food. This place has been going down hill for a long time. Might as well eat food off the floor. Cleaner than this place. Never going back. Good luck and hope everyone likes hairy food.
The staff are good and they will treat you very well.
This restaurant is awful. The food was burnt. The waitress was Rude acted like it was a bother to wait on us. I had to ask other staff for things. Brandi only came to our table 3 times and that was due to us stopping her. She never asked how was the food noe could she get us anything else. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY here!!!!!!!!!
