I just stopped on my way to work and wanted a bacon cheeseburger combo with ketchup only. The cashier at the drive thru convinced me to get the $5 all star combo with a double burger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries and drink. I fell for it. In the switch, they loaded the burger with everything I didn't want on my burger from the first order.
I am almost always ask to pull around and park when going through the drive through. On the up side the food is usually pretty fresh. But doing it nearly every time is sad. Trying to go in the morning will result in standing at the counter or sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes or more. Ordering 4 sausage biscuits virtually guarantees that 2 will be missing.
So I tell him my order again. I get to the window and know it's going to be messed up. I pay and wait 4-5 mins for it to come out. I was smart enough to check it before driving off and sure enough, it was wrong. I checked the receipt and of course the cashier rang it up wrong. I told him I didn't want it and wanted a refund, which he did but wanted to know what was wrong with it so he could tell the cook. I told him it was wrong because he rang it in wrong not because of the cook.

Usually pretty Good! Slower in the afternoons. Also, if ordering sourdough sandwiches, must order the bread well done, so they are at least toasted. Otherwise they are buttery soggy.
My last visit I ordered a 1/3 lb cheese burger: plain with cheese, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and red onion. The cashier told me I actually wanted the thickburger. Which is both not what I wanted or ordered. (I understand this is how the thickburger is made, but is also comes with tomato which I didn't want and didn't want to pay for. Yes the price difference between the thickburger and 1/3 lb cheeseburger is the cost of tomato.)
What makes them think that just because I get a different burger at their prompting that I wouldn't want ketchup only on it?
My breakfast was very good. Especially the biscuits n gravy. Good job guys behind the counter. The service was good too. I will definately be having breakfast here at this Hardees location (at the corner of S. Calderwood and Lindsay st.) in the future!
I am very irritated with this place right now. We were told today that you can't get anything but coke with the fill up meals. If you want something else to drink, then you have to buy another drink. That is really ridiculous. It cost the same thing to get a dr pepper or a coke. It cost the company the same amount and if I just buy a drink it cost me the same thing. I have never heard of anything so stupid. Ot to mention that we hAve to wait on our food EVERY time we eat here. Well, they just lost a customer because of this ridiculousness.

September 2016 I made it into work after stopping to pick up breakfast, once I got to work and opened the bag to eat, half of my order was missing. So I called. It rang through to their fax machine. So I called again, and again, and again. Same thing, I kept getting the fax machine. After about 10 calls I gave up and went about my day at work. When I got off work I decided to let them make it up with a discount on a burger so I ask to speak to the manager. She ask to see my receipt and of course I left my receipt on my desk at work. So I told her that I had called 10 times and no one answered. Her reply was that she was short handed and busy, and while I can appreciate she wanted to take care of the customers in front of her, she should have answered the phone, my reasoning of this is 1) an employee could be calling to ask if they could work, and 2) a customer complaint. Seeing my receipt would have proved nothing but that I was there and what I ordered. It would not have shown that something was missing. And it sure wouldn't have had a manger name as No One Answered The Phone. The best she would offer me was a 10% discount that was about 1/3 the cost of the missing food. That is the last time I visited this store.
Well, you now have joined the ranks of Burger King on my list of places I'll never eat again because you can't get an order right for someone that doesn't have time to drive back over from work to get it replaced.
