First, the sign only says Courtyard, I had to ask someone in the parking lot if I was in the right place. My waitress was great...helpful, friendly, and sweet. The fried green tomatoes weren't bad, fried well, but could have used some seasoning. The sweet potato was pretty much mush. My steak was way over cooked. My waitress happily replaced it and the second one was cooked great, sadly it was super tough. My waitress asked how it was, but simply apologized for the toughness when she saw I was stuggling to cut it, she didn't offer to replace or give a discount. I was going to try some dessert, but my waitress brought my check out when I had barely started on the steak and didn't ask if I wanted anything else at all. Guess I'll stop at Dairy Queen on the way home.
Always an excellent place for a meal. Great food, large portions, very reasonable prices. We love coming here.
I will add the food has GREATLY IMPROVED FROM SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I am still disappointed in To Go orders. They are not as good as in house food. Less care in preparing/packaging/ensuring orders are complete has been an issue. But I will continue to eat there.
Pretty restaurant, great parking. Staff were super nice. Server was excellent. I've tried various items, and all have been good to excellent. Prices are good.
