The biggest downside is that they never, ever change their menu, and some of their sandwiches are a little bland and flavorless (to me). High point is the tea, obviously, and the super-size baked potatoes.
Service is always excellent. Food order is never wrong. The manager and all the staff are friendly. The kids night activities are worthwhile. Love this place.
Really let down in our experience today at the Alcoa TN location. We got Old avocado that was turning black, the lettuce on the sandwiches was wilted and old looking and the meat wasn't hot in the middle. This place used to be awesome, shame they are serving food like this now. Really let down
Love this place! Very clean great service whether eating in or taking out. No delivery that I know of, but they do cater events large & small. So if you have a party or just want a picnic.
Every time I have eaten here everything has been great! Such nice people work here. Noon is very busy.
Not as cheap as fast food but then again, this isn't fast food, this is good and fresh.
The food is pretty good, the portions are really good. Staff is always super nice and helpful.
