Payed for a room knowing it wasn't the nicest of places... Walked in the room and saw a cockroach when I lifted the A/C units lid. Kindly asked for an other room. Upon entering the next room there was two bugs easily spotted on the walls by the sink area. I returned the office to speak with the manager. (I was even nice enough to wait for other customers to exit before mentioning bugs) I had taken a picture and presented it with timestamp as proof. The manager was very rude and told me I couldn't stay there if bugs were a problem. I simply asked for a discount but he wanted me gone. He refunded my money and refused to do the right thing. After 10 minutes of back and forth, He went as far as telling me hed call the adjacent hotel to get me a room at no charge. This was a sad attempt at getting rid of me, as I soon found out it wasn't true.
Not safe, Health department really needs to check into this place, The owner and his brother both run the hotel neither of which can speak English well, The rooms are invested with bed bugs, Cock roaches and even found a snake. There is black mold. Fire detectors don't work. Outside several used non capped needles where found the staff is all very rude and this place is full of sexual predators. Wouldn't reccomend my worst enemy to this hell hole. SERIOUSLY NEEDS SHUTDOWN
DIDN'T STAY OR EVEN FINISH CHECKING IN WHEN I SAW THE NOTE THAT SAID TO SPRAY ROOMS FOR THE BUG PROBLEM AND STILL GOT CHARGED FOR A NIGHT!!!
Cockroaches, stains on sheets, rust, broken AC. Asked for refund after seeing rooms. We decided we would rather sleep in the car
Completely mediocre, nothing stood out as good nor bad, cheap, that's about it
