My husband and I bought a mattress from The Bed Store in 2013. We bought a Cali King with bamboo topper. We thought this was a great investment for almost 3k.........not so....... Not even a year the mattress started to cave with our bodies. I called The Bed Store with this information and the lady told me that in order to get a replacement that the indented area's had to be at least an inch from the level area's.
I am not saying that all of The Bed Stores mattress are bad, I'm sure they have some really good products, but the one we got was not that wonderful. We didnt do very well with our 3k mattress investment with this company and no one ever made it right for us.
We still have the mattress and it is very uncomfortable but we simply cannot afford a new one.
I am only writing this review now because reviews are way more important now then they were then.
I cannot say enough about my experience at The Bed Store in Alcoa. The manager Eddie was very informative and very friendly! He took his time with us and explained different options and we are loving our I Comfort mattress on an adjustable base! I have already been telling others of my wonderful experience there and referring them to ask for Eddie....Thank you Eddie and thank you to The Bed Store in Alcoa -Scott Evers
I would encourage all customers to ask for assistance from Renee Meridith. I found Renee to be courteous, professional in appearance, and quite knowledgeable of products in the store. In talking with Renee, I felt as though my sleep apnea needs and what was beneficial to me as an individual was her primary concern. Renee conducted herself more so as a consultant versus that of a traditional salesperson concerned with making a sale. As the result of this experience, Renee will be my first point of contact when bedding needs arise in my household.
We measured the area and it was past an inch. I relayed this information to the customer service or store manager, but nothing was ever done.
We have thought about the Tuft N Needle mattress's for replacement.
It was a very wonderful and hassle free experience. Renee Meredith is such a nice person with wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable about the product. I would recommend your store and I give her 10 stars. She is an asset to your company. Reba Lamb
