Staff were very friendly and helpful for someone that's never eaten here. I enjoyed the food.
My daughter and I was there tonight after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes the manager came took take our order. He was looking around and mummbling,not really paying attention to us. When I asked him to speak up and speak clearer he stated he was a man and to get out of his store. The customer service at this location is very poor. I gave it a 1 star review only because this is as low as you can give.
Great food, service and enjoy the music in dinning room. Never disappointed.
Great place and nice people
I flew into Knoxville from Florida and I wanted actual food that wasn't Popeyes or KFC (which are the only options for food like this where I'm from) so I came here and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed. The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. I missed this so much!
