Besides a few unprofessional staff members on night shift, I enjoy eating here when I do, food is fresh and the staff on day shift are the real deal. Best fast food environment I have experienced.
Inside we ordered an apple pecan salad with the vinaigrette & they didn't know anything about a vinaigrette! My husband reminded them it was on their menu as that. Finally they said well they had a pomegranate vinaigrette!! Then he ordered a single without tomato and when he picked the order up there was a tomato on the single!
Burger meat was over cooked. Food wise. But the customer service was great. Cashier saved me 3 dollars on my order.
Pulled up to the drive thru and they said “Be with you in a moment”, 10 minutes later I pulled up to the window to see no one in line and 5 people having a good ole time in the back. When I yelled choice words and said they had poor service, some lady came out ready to fight. Keep it classy Wendy’s.
