I ordered online and when I got home the sandwich was completely wrong. I called in and spoke with Anna who offered to drive the correct sandwich out to me. This was not a good option since I was having to be somewhere in 10 minutes. She then offered to give me a meal for free. The following day I ordered over the phone, and even though they were slammed, I was able to get my free meal with no hassle and it was delicious!!
First impression was excellent. Chicken pesto was great. Fast, friendly staff. Can't wait to go back
My third time eating at the Alcoa location. No complaints. Everything I've had has been great so far. I typically call in or order online for lunch. The Ultimate BLT is my favorite.
Excellent and fast service from a very friendly staff. The sandwiches are delicious the regular is bigger than most places large. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. I have been here 10 times since they opened and left satisfied every time.
