Good food. Service and order accuracy is good most of the time. Just depends on who's working.
A little bit rough around the edges but pretty good food for a decent price.
Zaxby's is a wonderful place to eat and all of the employees are hard workers and the mangers are very sweet and understanding they always very helpful and the food is amazing for the price also the restaurant is very clean. LUV It.

Ordered a zaxbys club meal and I wanted an additional side of fries well the cashier was new and apparently rung up my order wrong a d finally when my order came up I asked where my extra fries was and was told that wasn't a button option no more and was gave the .30 that I was charged and was told only way I could have my extra fries was to be rung up for a whole new order! Well that's what I asked for in the first place it isn't my fault your cashier wasn't told that! I love zaxbys and it was actually my first job but that was pathetic thus just isn't enough fries for me lol I love their fries
