Really a half star as everyone else said filthy dirty smelled old was in town evacuating Florida from Irma there’s like three hotels in one as someone earlier posted all dirty looking as I came in the days inn another man was bringing his luggage back in to leave as he’d checked in prior to me stating bed bugs and filthy conditions as he told her she said I only have one other room so he went to get his wife and she knew I heard the conversation and offered me to go and check the room out before he came back so I could get first I could not navigate the room due to the three hotels in one and once I did bed bugs cigarettes and smoke were in the room I told her of my findings and she calmly stated that was all I have I went to the alcoa inn that night very very dirty place wouldn’t redo to anyone!
This place is disgusting. The soap was used and there was pee on the seat when we got there. It smelled really bad.The furniture was ripped and stained. The worst was a pair of black lacey underwear on the floor. We left immediately.
I would give zero stars but that's not an option. When we booked this motel it says they have a laundry facility, ice machine, free Continental breakfast, etc. I went to wash a small load of clothes that something had spilt on in the car and both the washing machine and dryers were "out of order". When we tried to get ice the machine wouldn't work and it was absolutely disgusting. Nothing id put in my drinks but maybe fill my cooler up.... But the ice machine didn't work anyways. Maybe from all the disgusting grime. Then we got up for the breakfast - low and behold they don't do the breakfast as they have advertised!! I paid all this money for this room and the amenities for them to not have 90% of what I went to use! Also the drink and snack machines don't work!!! Extremely displeased!!
Very bad place! Drunk people walking around and yelling, either a night club or just a party room in part of the hotel with very loud music, looks like people live hear. The room I had was non smoking but smelled of smoke bad. The bed was very soft and clean, I'm only hear for one night, will never stay hear again and the airport run way is across the street very very loud. The front desk girl was very nice.
Nasty roach infested drug addicts everywhere, Fleas, Bedbugs the manager and his brother the owner can't speak English and are so extremely rude, Room has mold everywhere this place needs shut down ASAP there are even rats and snakes in the room! You can't talk to them about issues as they will not talk or listen to you. All they do is call cops this place is the bottom of the barrel you'd have better cleaner stay sleeping in the woods, There are used needles everywhere and the owner didn't care.
