It was a great experience to rent a car for the first time, staff is very helpfull and nice, I won't use any other company I am staying with AVIS
will take reservations, and deny them at the last minute. Denied my brother in the military to rent a card. He had a Military bank card they declined it saying bank cards are not accepted. When they tried to use his wifes credit card they denied them because she was not 25 years old. They did not tell him any of this when he made a reservation, and were very rude. In the future if I ever need a rental car I will go somewhere else because of this incident.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I booked online and when I arrived to pick up the car, it was not available, but they upgraded the car to a plush car of the same value. It was clean and in excellent condition and latest model.
Friendly staff and overall good experience with the rental.
