I had a wonderful experience! I had reserved one car but after discussing my needs, I upgraded to a better vehicle. I appreciate all the patience and input of the staff while making that decision. The vehicle was clean and the return process was SOOO easy! I would definitely recommend this place!
I rent from Enterprise for price and normally good efficient service on the front and back end of the trip. This rental was no exception. Although not well cleaned from the previous customer, the vehicle was in good working order. The staff encountered handled the pick-up and drop off process to our statisfaction, and I shall continue to rent from Enterprise. I do wish you had a one way arrangement policy. I realize that it would require a strategy challenge, but it would also create new business opportunities.
The first car I rented smelled so much like smoke I was nearly sick for the 45 minute drive to drop it off. Wish I had noticed it right away and declined the car. The second car I rented I feel I got really jipped on pricing. I had a coupon on my phone that said there was a special for $14.99/day. When I showed it to the lady she said it was only for 4 days or under. Understanding I was renting for 7 days, I didn't object. Then, my plans changed and I dropped the car off early. They charged me $38.39 per day for a 4 day rental. I called and they said since I reserved it for 7 that I had to pay that daily rate. I will most likely never work with enterprise again.
1) I ordered through Enterprise because of a corporate discount and a free upgrade based on my employer. I was quoted 38 dollars for my trip and it seemed like a great deal. But NOWHERE did the page I was on mention a charge for mileage, so I booked my car and was blindsided at the register with a mileage fee that put my price at 80 dollars (no longer cheaper than the other company's economy car). I was on my way to a flight so I couldn't switch and I was stuck so I paid it.
3) The car was NOT clean. Bugs, dirt, grime. I would not normally complain about the car being dirty, but when you delay me a half hour due to cleaning, it better be clean.
4) The Representatives mistyped the mileage and billed my card $550 instead of the 80 it was supposed to be. Gratefully, it only took them 4 days to credit my account once I called them, but if I didn't have the money in savings I would have been screwed.
I didn't receive an apology for any of the above items, I will probably only get an apology now that I'm ranking them 1 star. I will not use Enterprise for future car rentals due to the poor quality of service and what appeared to be a bait and switch price schedule.
2) I arranged WHEN I wanted the car, and I got a text message saying to come pick it up. When I arrived, it was not ready. I was told it was being detailed. I waited half an hour (mind you I had a plane to catch), and finally asked the lady at the counter what the status was and she said, "Oh, it should be ready now, walk down there and check on it to make sure".
Excellent service with a very friendly team who worked through a very busy time with multiple planes landing simultaneously and they did a great job, nothing negative to report, highly recommended!!
