Great service with a smile. This is a small airport, so the Hertz counter is right next to baggage. Walked up and was immediately handed my key. Walked into the garage and my SUV was ready. Great deals on premium vehicles. I had an Infinity Q60 that was in great shape. It met my needs during my short 4 day trip. Upon return, I was greeted with a friendly smile and fast check-out.
Hertz was great! My flight was hours late and arrived at 1:15 A.M., and the Hertz counter was still open, even though their closing time was midnight!! The agent was very pleasant and efficient and had me on my way pretty quickly, which was a good thing since I had to get to my hotel and then up at 6:00 A.M.! The car was fine and the prices were very good!
Good service for a little airport! Everyone was nice and pickup and dropoff of the car was quick and easy. Will rent from them again at this location!
Customer service was not in a hurry to leave and did not give us the opportunity to check the car before we left. They claim we did over $500 damage to the car. When we turned car in we told them the damage was there when when picked it up and they acknowledged that. We will not use this Hertrz again!!!!
Upon arrival for the car rental pickup, we were greeted with kindness and a very friendly representative. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in every way possible. The car was clean and comfortable and a real joy to drive. Upon returning the vehicle, the attend was gracious and did not hesitate to answer questions. I truly enjoyed the whole rental experience with Hertz and will use them again in the future. The Southern hospitality shown was above board and a welcome change from some experiences from the past. If you are ever in Tennessee, enjoy the Southern charm that we experienced from each individual we encountered and also enjoy the scenery, the food and the many attractions that are offered in the great state, especially the Great Smokey Mountains and the wine tastings.
